Hello everyone,
I was checking the header from a scammer, got where the IP address is from then I clicked on WHOIS and got this, there are names of individuals, phone numbers and emails.
What I would like to knwo is the following, who those people are? is this their IP address? if yes does this mean one of them is my scammer?
