one of my on-going bais is using the name of a ral bank in dealing with me . should this be reported or is it worth the bother .

Has he set up a fake website to go with the bank or is he just saying that he's from the bank and giving you a yahoo/gmail address to communicate with?

If he's given you a site then report it in Fake Banks and we can get it killed. If he's just pretending to be from the bank then there's not much you can do. Reporting it would get his email address killed and we don't want to do that.

let me confirm this but i think he is just using the banks name and a twisted version of thier main london office postal address .

so get an account number and associated information, validate that it checks out, and report it to Alan.
