Refusing to fill out forms?

So, I've been baiting T3ddy William5 for about 3 weeks now as a Pastor. We've gotten to the point where I'm to send in a WU payment, and I've given him the whole "anti-scam" form setup (modality?). Here's his response

when you go through them you will agree with me that you
did not get this form from Western Union office.You have the time to
create this form then I advise you put your talents to good use
and stop wasting it on sexual skirmisshes like asking such slummy
questions with sexually perverted undertone.For an individual
that ends each email with In Christ your salvation is in jeopardy.

My question now is, should I drop the forms, should I send them to the courier service (surely just another of his email accounts), or should I slap a ho and push it? It seems that he hasn't really got that "investment" that I need to push him. Maybe I should say a friend recommended them because he was afraid of me getting scammed?

What did you ask him?

I call their bluff and prepare to walk away - if you say 'No form? No money then!' he might reconsider.

May have been too much too soon - blame someone at WU and move on appearing to be compliant. Suggest you use MoneyGram instead (they can't check if a payment is real online, they have to visit the store, but insist on MG if the WU guy is jerking you around like the scammer says)

Be his lap dog for a week or two then move onto a fake MTCN modality, get him running around Smile

you cannot bluff him in an area where he knows more than you do.
he is the westie expert, not you.

if you had asked for forms to be filled out because your boss/ bishop/ chairman/ business partner needs it, then you might have had more success.

And yet, although a Lad might know more about WU in his country, he doesn't know a thing about it in my character's country, or region, or town, or at that particular outlet. Nor about the changes that came in just last Monday.....

Paint the picture in his head that you are doing EVERYTHING you can to get him the money.

tell him that you printed out his email and took it to the WU people and they told you that he was wrong and they still needed the forms etc.

Remind him that you have been arguing with them NON-STOP for days on end in order to bypass the forms, but unfortunately WU simply will not budge.

Some Lads do research or bluff, to avoid filling out forms

branwen & blah - i stand corrected! you have far more experience arguing your way out of corners than i do Smile

but i think that if the baiter is happy to argue with a scammer over details, then this is fine,
but if the baiter is aiming for a target like a trophy then arguments over such matters are a distraction.

^^ i am in st helena (pop. 4,250), a remote island in the south atlantic.
we are very remote and we don't have a western union office.
so i can't do a western union mtcn directly for my lads.
instead i have to do all financial transactions through an agent who acts as an intermediary.
he uses an internet tool called sec-shield - have you heard of it Wink

Always tell your lad that BOTH of you are required to fill out the forms.

You have already filled out YOUR forms, why is the lad holding up the show and not filling out his?? Wink

Tell him it obvious to you he is not serious about this transaction,and you doubt he ever was.You may now need to consider a very generous offer you have received from Mr Charles Soludo of the Central Bank of Nigeria.

^^^^ I'd follow that advice. It worked well for me when I tried it. Act compliant for a while then send him off to S3cu1ty Sh13ld. My lad is at 61 questions and counting Wink
