If anyone has received any emails from lads about Lawn Bowls Clubs, please PM me with details.

Seems there are quite a few begging/scam emails going around at the moment, which are being sent to Lawn Bowls clubs. I'm working on a modality for these, so need as many as I can get my hands on. Laughing

Not sure yet. I think it may just be a begging letter, but as somebody I know(ish) wanted to 'help them', and there are reports of similar emails flying around to other bowls clubs, I've decided to investigate. Doing the usual 'tell me more' to see what they are up to. Could be totally legitimate, but something smells wrong. Laughing Starts off asking for a friendly game, but is drowning in ladspeak (source: Pakistan).

I've always wanted to do a bowls related modality (much scope for video trophies I think), so hoping this will be my chance.

American here, what is a lawn bowl club? I assume it is some kind of sporting team and not a type of weapon.
