It's too bad though...
He's a real whiny-ass scammer too... only six refreshes and 2 correct clicks on the secure site and he has already sent two support tickets, the first asking me if anything was wrong with the money, the second (in all caps) telling (commanding, more like) me to send the MTCN to him immediately.

Shame, but it does explain his apparent naievity. I hope i wasn't that bad at 15, sheesh, it's pretty terrible. Anyway, we shouldn't be baiting a minor. Stop, drop and roll... Next wandering lunatic, step up to the plate. I'll simply ignore any further mails from laddy boy.

I'm not so sure, are we not just giving them a way out here?

What do we know about lads?

Are lads honest people?

Even if this lad is 15, what is going to happen to him in the next 3 years ( when presuambly it will be OK to bait him)?

Will he see the light and knock scamming on the head?

Will he wise up a little and fleese unsuspecting folk out of their hard earned?

15,16,17, 64 or 122 I say bait.

Edit: I don't know about you chaps but when I was 15 I considered myself an adult (if you know what i mean)

Yeah I considered myself an adult at about 12! Unfortunately the authorities don't see it like that. Whilst I think there is little danger of the cyber police who are out to catch paedos grabbing hold of this, I think Jay is taking the right precautions. If there is a shadow of a doubt on this scammer, dropping him and moving on is a great call. Ultimately, if what he says is correct (and we ALL know that lads lie to suit their particular purpose, so who knows), you are baiting a kid. OK at 15 he is over the age of criminal responsibility, but he is still a kid. Damn shame though. Looked promising.
