They have a road out of the country which leads to Chad, and a phone line in which allows us to send scammers up the road to Chad. Anything else is a bonus Smile

^^ no, you just have to turn away all the men, and all the older women, and anyone who wanted a proper salary. All it means in practice is more interviews. huge paper exercise. Since statistical analysis is useless on small samples, you have to be employing hundreds of people in the same position, pay grade and location for an applicant to even begin to make an accusation of bias. Hey ho. At least you know where you are with the Nigerian job ad, and can save yourself a troublesome trip across town if your sexy ain't up to it.

On the other hand, a fellow I worked for selected an office girl on this principle, she spent all day on the phone, did not a stroke of work and walked out when asked to contribute to the phone bill. So, perhaps not the best way to do things. fool like him, oooo.
