I've tried to stay out of this thread, but I think it's getting out of hand. While people here are entitled to their opinions, we ARE an anti-scam site, and Dickboi IS a proven scammer. Everything that has been done to him is well deserved, and perfectly legal.

If he is reading any of this, I'm very concerned that some of you are giving away our methods or working and making money. If we can't keep a lid on that, I'm going to move this thread to the Scambaiting Help, Hints & Tips forum so he won't be able to read it and learn more about us.

While none of us take those lad-hugging idiots at that "other site" very seriously, we must be very careful about what we say here. I don't think I need to remind you about what they are trying to do. They have an incredibly slim chance of pulling it off, but let's not give them anything they can use against us. Enough said about that.

What I see here is what I call the "mob effect." People who are ordinarily respectful and gracious in their dealings with others can become vicious and vindictive when egged on by their fellows. People on this forum seem to have dogpiled on poor ol' Dickboi (does the fellow even HAVE a real name?) just because everybody else is doing it. As a member of a disenfranchised minority, I feel it necessary to help in his defense.

Dickboi clearly was treated unfairly. The International Labor Organization (ILO) states that fair labour involves:

I think anyone interested in filing suit should contact the ILO directly. They will send you a case number if they deem your case against 419 eater to be legitimate. After that, you will get a visa to New York to come for the trial if there is one.

As for any talk of legal action, you're forgetting that the whole Famoh settlement was a fluke. I am confident that such a ruling will never be repeated. You're only fooling yourselves and further tormenting Dickboi by suggesting he has even a remote hope of legally swindling Eater of its vast financial reserves.

I'm going to be gone from the main Eater headquarters for the day, but I'll see you all tomorrow at the weekly Wagyu steak lunch. I hope they restocked their supply of white truffles because without them I usually end up throwing away most of my Wagyu steak.

Sorry for the delay in updates, but I was just posting here after receiving the donation from Jay Leno, when our fire alarm went off. Security company were a right bunch of numpties and I ended up having to hack into the system to switch it off. I kid you not!!!

Anyway, massive donation from Jay, total now stands at $23,450.23

@Titania, thanks for the promise of the donation, but until the money hits the account I won't add it into the total. No offence, but there are a lot of fraud stars out there, and I don't want to promise Dickboi something in case it doesn't materialise.

You lot had better have deep pockets, i have just spoken to my company's legal advisers and they have confirmed that they will represent any Eater member who faces action from these scamming scumbags and their huggers. As they are strongly against online fraud and the devistating effect it has on its victims, they will be doing this work pro-bono.

So could I urge you please to return to that theme?

Meanwhile the most important thing (now that we have all had a good laugh and/or cry) is to get that little piece of shit Powel Jackson aka dickboi aka Dr Clave Buckler etc etc etc ARRESTED AND PUT BEHIND BARS WHERE HE CAN'T SCAM ANY MORE INNOCENT VICTIMS.

With that in mind I am going to start a new thread in the Scambaiting Help, Hints and Tips forum where we can all put our heads together and work out a plan for a fast arrest. We will of course work with the EFCC and our own people on the ground in Nigeria.

I know that some of you have experience of getting scammers arrested in Africa so please make your contributions via the new thread, not here.

Oh, and lad-huggers are, by definition, irrelevant to these dicussions. So stay away.
