Being forced into helping out at A Winter's Tale back in year 6 (that's 7th Grade for you Yanks) taught me some basic Shakespearian English. I wanted to shoot the head of Drama for coming up with the bright idea that the whole school should be involved somehow or other.

The pile of stuff is cacao, used to make chocolate. It has been fermented already, and is drying. It looks like it is not well managed, and is West African, so most likely a Forestero cultivar, which makes weak chocolate, but produces heavily. It is destined for a grade B chocolate somewhere. Think "Snickers"
