Yea, we don't know if this guy is a psycho or not so I would keep my distance. He will be good and pissed off for sure and probably in no mood to be mocked. Laughing

We'll do lots of that once he gets back home. In fact, maybe you'd like to call on him for your show? I am sure that would be entertaining.

Wurzgnubbel,

Google maps has made a mistake. Go two blocks to the NE. Look for a street called Culverhay. It is on the "dead end" part of the street, about a half block to the SW once you are at the intersection of Wellington and Culverhay. Look for the blue storefont.

We will have photos of the check of course and all sorts of other proof that not only do we have the $4.5 million HSBC check, but also that we handed over the $60K to the lad from Dublin.

the london lad will be very cautious about jeopardising his visa / employment status in the uk, i expect.

if the relationship between them is a loose one, you may have a situation where the lagos lad is promising things that the london lad is unwilling to deliver. plus, as i said before, the london lad may have a day job which he is unwilling to stop doing just to do a favour to a distant relative or contact.

but i am still crossing fingers (the ones that are out of plaster) hoping that he will show up

Great chopping!

I still can't believe how these lads handle appointments. Claiming that "the diplomat" or whoever will definetely show up "within the next hour", and then later saying that it may well be next week or maybe not.

It is too bad that nuclear slapping in a case of waiting for muguvision for three days without success would probably scare him away (or would it?). I mean, do they really expect you to sit in a bar for three full days while they don't really bother to make the meeting?

Then again, the chopping probably won't go along well with any kind of slapping. I still wonder what these guys think, or if they have a brain to think at all. Just think of all the troubles and countless pints that NTBS went through to meet him...
