While trolling for potential playmates using Bruin's wonderful WIMP modality, I had a lad by the name of S0l0m0n Ad4ms send me an email. He is located in Burkina Faso. Since I did not have any 'orphan' MTCN's for Burkina, he decided he was going to go to Mali. I then sent him the MTCN's for Mali. He stated he was going to Mali over the weekend. I get the following email from him:

right now i was in the capital city (Banako, Mali), i will like you to active it now then i will start to collect it immediately because i have only two day to waste here

Great!!! Have I finally got the coveted safari hat? Well Here is his IP address prior to his 'travel':

And here is his IP address after his long, arduous day of travel on dusty roads:

Bastard! How dare you deny me my glory?!?!? So I send this:

Dear scumbag,

I do not have times for these games. You are still in Burkina and I know this for a fact. If I were to activate the MTCN's, you could only get them in Mali due to the way they are coded. Are you going to go to Mali or are we going to continue to play games?

Well after a couple of emails protesting his innocence, He agrees to go to Mali. Well look what just popped up in my inbox:

I am sorry couldn't get to you until now, it will be unwise to doubt my person, anyway, like i said am in mali and you can reach me with this number 00223 740884

Well I check his IP address and get this:

YES!!!!!!!!!! I have done it!!!!! So what do you guys think? In the interim, I am going to get a trophy from him to prove he is there. Wish me luck

Maybe tell him that because of his delays and stalls the system is holding up the MTCNs for 48 hours but if he stays you'll both be $$$

So I call my lad at 4AM his time....a woman answers the phone. WTF tis this? Am I being scammed? So I send him the following:

I suppose I will need a picture of him in front of a hotel holding a sign to help allay my fears now. I hopw he is liking Mali.
