My props go out in particular to Harvest Moon, Bohigal and Dora who each know how they went the extra mile for this bait, but also to everybody who responded and played along trying to catch this weasel. He was a dull weasel, but that was because he was/is a smart one, very focussed on just the cash alone.

I'm confident the Toshiba scam was the same guys, and thanks to an email mishap we had advance warning that it was going live - and Just Jane killed his Toshiba site in record time.

So, uh, I know we'd already stuck a fork in this one, but john brown just resurfaced, asking me if I was still interested in the job, and that checks were ready to mail.

Mine from John came from the vacationjob somethingorother at live.com address. We've exchanged several emails, and he's going to email me a tracking number.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought we'd already established that he and patel were the same person?

I replied asking for a tracking number. Since my address is bogus, I clearly won't be receiving anything today. Laughing

Please PM a mod with all the UPS tracking details, they can get it passed to UPS to hopefully kill the lads access to that account.

by the way, the email address seems to have changed again. is what's being used now.

I told him I had no idea why UPS said they couldn't find me, but they said the address on the package didn't match my address, so they wouldn't talk to me any more as I wasn't the receiver Smile

Interesting development. Back when we had Ge0rge Pat3l on the hook I did some searching on the name C3cilio R@b@sto that was the one we were instructed to send the money to in the Philippines. I don't even remember how I found it, but my search uncovered an email address for a person name C3cilio R@b@sto at this email address: dyn@[email protected].
On March 24, I sent a little note from an email account that I rarely use that said:

Unfortunately I haven't checked that email account in a while, so I just now found his response. Are the payments still going to the Philippines? I am not sure what to do with this info...any ideas?
