It's time to get those thinking caps on, sharpen your ballpoints and have a go at my little quiz.

It works like this;

Round One.
Music - Ten Artists/Ten Titles. Both Please. 1 Point Each = 20 points.
Film - Ten Still Pictures. Film Title. 2 points Each = 20 Points.
Books - Ten Fairly Famous Books. Author & Title. 1 Point Each = 20 points.

Round Two.
Music. Five Artists/Titles. Both please, AND the link between all five. 1 Point Each + 5 Points for the link.
People. Ten reasonably famous figures. 1 Point Each = 10 points.

Round Three.
Music. Five Artists/Titles. Both please, AND the link between all five. 1 Point Each + 10 Points for the link. It's a little bit harder this time.
Capitals. Name the ten capital cities. 2 Points Each = 20 points.

I have tried (God how I've tried!) to make it balanced and have taken into account the various locations of you all so I suggest you form yourselves into teams. USA/Europe/UK/AusNZ would be my tip.

If you are kind enough to make my little effort worthwhile and decide to compete, please PM me with an addy so I can send you one of mine and I will then check your answers. Your first submissions will not be taken as final, you will just be sent back to your desk with a number of clues!

Please feel free to 'bait' your opponents here on the thread as there is nothing more enjoyable than knowing the answer when someone else is struggling.

Nobody is perfect and I'm sure that any mistakes will be brought to my attention. If you spot an error, please post it here in the thread and it will be dealt with by general concensus.

Two weeks until close of play. Results posted on Sunday 3rd May.

(It's as easy as circumventing EweToob's Music Sniffers which is why the music seems a little quicker than it ought to be. Especially the second section which I left at 7%.)

Listen, I've seen every asian and african capital from the air and I'll be damned if I'm going to let this slide onto page 2.

Did you know Teheran and Mexico City look almost identical from the air? Apart from the dying pigs, that is.

OK, time for an update, along with a few clues.

First thing first..................R2D2 is not a plant, he's a robot!

Everybody is doing really well. My tenuous clues have been most helpful, even if a few went astray!

The main stumbling block now is the last five songs and the link.

There is a good link between R2D2's 'daddy', and the individual who links those five songs/artists.

Everybody has got the first three and has got a reply back with the key words in bold.

It's not too late to enter, just click the link.

Results on Sunday at Noon.
