Thank you for your email. I only just returned from a meeting with the client and a few M00seknuckle advisors. After explaining to them about what you told me about your model the client agreed to extend the deadline to the 24th of April.

This was very close to a disaster, but i do appreciate your honesty on this matter. I must say this again, the deadlines are very important to our success. I will move on and hope that we have learned from this.

I spoke with Emily and our travel manager about meeting you and explained to them your location. Emily is completing the paperwork so that will be completed before we leave. She also said that your employee security identification will be in her office before we leave so she will bring that and the grant money with her.

Our travel manager said he will notify me later today of the travel plans and when I hear from him i will contact you and tell you the details.

Today is another day in the office, emily arrives early so she can get an important email off to erom0nsele.

I hope you are well. I am writing to update you on the status of your grant, we have submitted the papers to the Grant committee and should have the approval by monday. Jeremy submitted your details for the higher grant amount of $7,500.00, was this the amount you expected to receive?

Jeremy also mentioned that you will be traveling to meet us on the 17th, so I will bring the grant money with me and you can collect it when we meet. I am waiting for the final approval for our travel plans but i know our travel manager is currently working out the details with Slmba S@fari Camp in Botswana. We have stayed with their company on all of our travels and they are wonderful.

The travel manager asked that you email the Slmba camp to discuss your stay with us. Their email address is [email protected] tell them you are with M00seknuckle LLC and they will reserve your accomodations. There will be no need for you to pay for any of your stay, because you are with us, the company will pay any costs. I also need you to retain your receipts and the company will pay any and all expenses.

I will also mention that I will receive your security identification monday or tuesday and I will also bring that with me.

I didn't tell Emily, but our grant board has agreed to increase the grant amount to $12,000.00. I was going to surprise you with this information but you have been honest with me so i thought i would do the same.

I also spoke with the travel manager and he said we will be staying in Botswana, I hope this location that will work for you? I do know we will be staying with our friends at the Slmba Resort. I think you will very much like this place it is spectacular. I have spoken with a few of our other agents and they agreed to meet us there also, this will be a good chance for you to meet them.

Emily said she gave you the resort email, you will need to contact them today so that they can reserve you the best room.

I am troubled to hear that you are not able to meet us. I mentioned your message to our travel manager he was very surprised that you claim you needed a visa. He has been planning our trips for years and stated he is not aware of any such rule.

I suggest you investigate this matter and determine if what you claim is true or not. We are on a very tight schedule and do not have time to make special accomodations.

We are very disappointed.

I am disappointed in your message, Jeremy just left my office and he was very upset with your email. Are you sure you need a visa? We have traveled extensively between countries and the only papers we needed were a cross border letter.

I guess you would know better than me, but I must say, Jeremy has risked his reputation to help you and I find it odd that you again make promises you won't keep.

i have researched his visa claim and from what I find, there is no such requirement if traveling between south africa and botswana.
