No IP available as he was using a program to spoof the mailing address, this is/was a very successful lotto scammer that we have massmailed before. Let me know when you get to the dolla chop phase, then PM me for the name and email address to be used for the chop.

I plan to chop him using another well known scammer in the same city. Without going into too much detail here, paranoia, mistrust and the resulting chaos is what I'm shooting for here.
