What exactly do you want PHP-developed? I might be able to help (especially if the timeframe isn't to tight)

EDIT: You want to build a speaking website/phpprog?
EDIT2: I looked a bit more into the VoicePHP-site, and it seems to be quite usable... Please describe what you actually want to have built... Maybe this can be done as a joint effort with some other programmers?

Might be possible... On a linux-server so you can use cronjobs (gotta look into that though)... A small problem would probably be the server's bandwidth? Outbound calls are possible with VoicePHP so that shouldn't be too much of a problem...

The point is now: What exactly do you want it to DO? Ok.. It calls up a lad at a certain time, but then what? Does it start asking automated (ridiculous) question's? Does it (verbally) abuse the lad? Does it tell him to stay put because the cops are coming round to pick him up (once every hour)?

I have a "click to call" based soundboard system setup already if thats any help... I could modify it to play back sounds automatically to the lad automated or click to call? The only issue is its impossible to tell when the lad has picked up so it would play sounds regardless.. I think asterisk would be better in that case.

Let me know if your interested, and i'll work up some pocs.

Edit : Having a little think about it the playing sounds regardless thing is not really an issue I've came up with a way to "workaround" it.

Just loop a certain sound telling the lad to "Press asterisk to authorize secure line" or something similar.. Until he actually presses asterisk, at which point you start spewing random garbage at him...

EDIT: Come to think of it, you might ask him for his client's e-mail address in some obscure way... With some luck this might just get you a real victims address, who can then be warned...
