I feel me so ill thinking they use my pictures to give men.

I didn't understood it first.

I started to chat with a man on Yahoo messanger that looked nice.

He wanted us to share picture but I got only two picture of him even if I asked him for more but I gave him most all of my picture on me were I looked great on.

He said he was from USA but then did he said he should go to Africa at a job there and then did he said he find a boy laying on the street in Africa that he wanted me to adopt and bring to Sweden.

In that time did I knew he was a scam and he wanted me to adopting him to Sweden. He told me the truth when he thought I should adopting the " street boy " and said he was only 18 !!

But it was too late....I had given him all my pictures !!!

I feel like beeing raped, thinking that they now use my private pictures.

This website is where Nigerian scammers get there pictures from using them for online dating sites and YIM in Lagos.

But then those pics can be uploaded to the site where others can see they are indeed misused by a scammer.

And you got wiser in sharring photos.

If this was in myspace that you shared the photos, it is possible to make slideshow on the site, and in the settings, make all pictures private.

Then they only can see them on the slideshow, where it is not possible to copy, in the full size.

and it will be too blurry to use if they try.

They just steal with arms legs fingersand toes.. well everywhere.
Not all are models..

and they do not know the consequence of thir work, mostly.

I hope you get some talks with some now.
really. And learn some triks to spot the future love mails, as they do not stop.

I'd like to know where they get pictures of white men. Have collected some from scammers on the dating sites and these guys look HOT fully clad too.

Would be great to find who the originals were.

The originals are all unaware how their pictures are abused Sad

Basically, it could be anyone who has ever posted a holiday snapshot anywhere on the web...however, the lads have their favourites, see the Original post of Lotta´s.

For finding pictures and close lookalikes, isn´t there TinEye? (I have had problems with registration but it might just be NoScript again...so I haven´t been able to try it out yet.)

www.focushawaii.com seems to be the favourite for stealing white pictures from, both male and female

www.tineye.com is good, not great fpr doing searches on the pictures, I dont have a whole lot of success but do get the occasional hit

The other good place to search on scam pictures is www.scamdigger.com which indexes the scammer pictures posted at www.romancescam.com , with about 100,000 pictures used by scammers posted there you have a good chance of finding a match

Failing the above, post the picture and ask, one of us may recognise the picture

Thanks Murray found my nemesis on scamdigger.

He has 3 names and some extra email addresses, and has been on 4 dating sites.

picked up another 3 phone numbers to add to the 3 I knew.

He should be easy yot pick up!

Often several scammers will use the same set of pictures, especially true when you find a scammers that uses photos stolen from www.focushawaii.com

The besy way to know with reasonable certainty is check and compare the IP address

The easisest way to do that is by putting the header into this tool http://headertool.apelord.com/

For the benefit of others who may be wondering;
If you are unsure on finding headers This Link may help or you could look in the Romance Baiting FAQ which can be viewed by Clicking Here which has additional information, the 6th post if I recall

I,m writing to a craigslist Room for Rent Scammer, who is more like a Romance Scammer ....she likes to flirt.

She is putting direct (embedded) images in "her" mails to me from this site.

Lads and Vlads frequently take their pictures from modeling agencies online and also steal them from online profiles . I have an international profile on interpals dot net and get reports all the time of stolen pics .

If anyone is short of Lads or Vlads , go to interpals and make a lonely heart profile .

Vlads can (and most probably do) take their photos from a Russian facebook clone called VKontakte (www.vkontakte.ru). This site claims to have 70+ millions adherents, so the chances that a photo borrowing gets discovered are somewhat thin. Just as in facebook, there are different privacy settings for albums. In some cases, those settings can be circumvented.

These photos can easily be recognized by their names: they usually start with "x_", followed by eight alphanumeric characters. Ex: "x_e831d549.jpg". Instead of beginning with "x_", they can start with "a_" or, less frequently, with "b_". The prefix "x_" means that they come from a user's album, "a_" means it's an avatar in normal size, and "b_" is for reduced avatars.

Vkontakte reduces the resolution of photos to fit on their page, so they're usually small to medium size (there are some rare exceptions).

Thank you!! Found mine straight away on scamdiggers! The photos are actually of Gen. John Abizaid, and according to the site the poor guy's pictures are used a hell of a lot!!

Must get back to declaring undying love to the 'General'! PMSL Laughing
