Sometimes,

He dropped one of my characters calling me a scammer and theif, Sent him an email asking can I have the cure "coz ill die" he picked me up again

I'd like to give him an idea for the name of this doctor from CUBA, so next time he uses it with other people (we see how easily he's educated). I remember as child we always had some jokes about different foreign names - sentences that sound as another language, but actually mean something stupid in our. Anybody knows some similar Spanish joke-"names" in english?
