Are the lads wanting to call m0neygram because the MTCN Secure ID or that reference number don't seem to work?

Well here we have a helpline they can call, basically keeps them on hold for a bit then asks them to leave a message, if you do use the modality PM me with the phone number of the lad so I can forward any voicemessages on
