OK i'm not usually one to blow my own horn but today is my 5th eaterversary. I really should have thought about Lad Carvings because wood is the traditional gift. Even more so because I also celebrated my 5th wedding anniversary just a couple of weeks ago.
I suspect I am unusual in jointly celebrating my wedding and eaterversaries. But I swear, it's not as bad as it seems (saying goodbye to my free time before the honeymoon is even over). If you wish to pity Mrs. Fire you should do so on the basis of my offensive personality and poor personal hygiene, not my cheating on her with a forum full of baiters.
anyway, just thought this was an appropriate occasion to say thanks to everyone for 5 entertaining years of lad misery on eater. a whole parade of mods, regulars and the occasional entertaining oddball.
Except for you safari people, you're all a bunch of pricks.   |

As for your persona hygiene, I can undsrstand why it is a problem. Using a computer in the shower or bath is not a pleasant experience.  It could even be considered aversion therapy.
