This arrived in one of my catcher accounts this morning. It set off a few alarms, but not enough for me to be 100% that this is a scammer. Headers point to France. The links go to http://beautiful-girlsworld.com/passionyou/, and from there to http://nataly-mail4u.com/.
Is this a scam, or an advert?

When something looks to good to be true, it usually is ... Girl looks hot I would say either scammer or she offering an escort service. In last case you could have some benefit in first case none.

That domain has hit some known spammer lists now.

Play along Lobo, and see what happens in any event going by her little page it looks expencive.
But when you click on the "details" tab. it asks
would you like to meet me in Russia? drew your own conclusions from that.

And while there's no sign of a mass mailer, that's not to say it won't show up in the next e-mail
