i think this is the link from the scammer (before the .bloombiz.com)

and the .bloombiz.com = the host/provider..

the webside = for kill not the host/provider if iam correct?

and when you see visitor counter on picture.. there are only 25 ??

http://europe.bloombiz.com/ is the website. It looks to be an advertising website for companies.

Looks like he has ads several other places too.

Yes, bloombiz.com is a legitimate site that allows advertisiers to list their businesses.

jamestelecom.bloombiz.com is not a website but rather a business listing. I am not going to DB it but it is worth advising bloombiz.com that jamestelecom is being used in a scam.
