Learn how to read IP addresses, there is some real good information on how to do that on the site (I think in tips, hints forum). That way you KNOW where your scammer is.

Get yourself an untraceable e-mail account (gmail, hushmail or fastmail) and get started!

Best way to get started: go to the surplus e-mails forum on 419eater, select a likely looking scam (or, if you want, select a bunch of likely looking scams) and send a very short and sweet e-mail to the mugu. Something like "I have received your e-mail. I am definitely interested. Please tell me more".

Then, let the games begin....
