A quick scan of the letter appears to suggest that you are up $1M, not that you are going to get arrested.

unless of course the letter is a bit hooky...

Looks like a poorly decorated recovery scam to me. Koko! I told you not to send that $1 million to the barrister last year; now you've caused no end of legal troubles for the Ivory Coast (respondent).

Can't you bring in your own barrister who happens to be an expert in International Law, stating that their document is not worth the paper it's written on because the International Court is in the Hague not Switzerland or the United Nations in the US. Furthermore can't your barrister produce an injunction against this Swiss court and the United Nations for producing these illegal documents...

And then there's the old that document must be fake as the Swiss Court and the Uniter Nations official documents are always in 8 point Italic Arrus BT font, and have a security strip clearly visable when you hold them (or the computer they are displayed on) up to the light. Laughing

I have yet to bait them but now that I've gotten this response I think I will. That's Denmark's flag not Switzerland's, that's like saying Sweden is a city in Switzerland ignorant in every way.
