Nice. I particularly like "The fraud was uncovered after several banks where the conspirators held accounts returned money to Citibank, saying they had been unable to process the transactions".

It makes me wonder why the banks were 'unable to process the transactions'. Perhaps I'm a romantic, but it's nice to think that the accounts in question might have been frozen due to information passed on by a certain mysterious man....
