IP address from satellite ISP?

Hey baiters, newb here.

Two of my new prospects have ip addresses that appear to be coming from London. I looked them up because they both have similar stories and email addresses @yahoo.fr

I didn't want to waste a good character by working both if they were one person. Not even the dumbest lad would believe that the same good samaratin would be willing to help two people in the same plight (I don't think).

Anyway, I was told that it is uncommon to have one lad in London let alone two, and that London could just be where the satellite signal breaks out. Can anyone tell me from these two headers what the deal is? Thanks:

americanscam, to answer one of your other questions, scammers are all over the world so I wouldn't be surprised how many you get from any specific location. Sometimes you just get on a streak and get a few from the same vicinity.
