Apart from the usual modality, anyone thought of new ways of wasting lads time?

So tempted in sending letters to editors to the lads. Some of these letters are pages long and so juicy too.

Hi Pastor Frank,

I read this news online and this particular site allows readers to write letters to the editor. People complain about everything, the weather, to govt taxes, to husband cheating on their wives/girl friends/boy friends.

It's very addictive reading these letters, esp. the juicy ones. i reckon the lads willl get hooked too if we ASEM them.

How do we apply this new found technology to baiting?

I don't think it adds anything to the wasting of a lad's time, but getting the word out, is a great idea Ramsey. Very Happy

I really think they scan the mails for payment info and ignore everything else.

If you are going to send loads of irrelevant stuff make sure you hide a paragraph with details of a payment or something relevant in the middle somewhere. You can then slap him for not reading what you are sending and point out that he has had the information for weeks. THEN when your lad has got used to you sending 'relevant' stuff hidden in the ramblings (mine are old war stories and details of my neighbours goings on, film reviews, cut and pastes of bits of the web etc) he will start reading every word.

I have one 3 month old pet who is trained to read every word and he always asks about my dysfunctional family and even gives me advice about them. All because he asked for a fax number that was hidden in the middle of a recollection of being nearly killed in the North African desert in 1942.

Actually, I have an idea, though I don't know if it's been done before. This is one for those who are running MAGA and OGA baits. I was thinking what if they were like normal businesses, and were run as such? Basically, I thought wouldn't it be fun to introduce some of those HR performance development/morale boosting methodologies - and we could get trophies as well. Some idea of possible activities in this vein include:

- friday tie day, a competition where the lads must wear a tie on a friday (sending photographic proof). Then there's hat day, shoe day, red underpants day.. the options are endless.

- a 360 review process or performance appraisal (more form filling fun)

- an annual retreat, a chance to get away from the office to bond and engage with their colleagues (at Simba Safari park of course)

- employee of the month, awarded to the employee that obtains the most bank accounts.

- onerous compliance tasks, all part of working in the modern business (more form filling fun).
