This lad is an idiot. Just for giggles, I have a catcher account in the name of Barack Obama. This POS seems to believe he's communicating with the president. Here's his latest reply:

I apologized to him for my mistake. Told him I did not realize he only needed a few measly dollars via WU. He could go with god because I wanted to find a project that needed real money from our charity group.

having just rechecked my gmail I have indeed heard back. Any donation of help no matter how small is needed so I will initially arrange for each of the church congregation to donate tinned food or warm clothing at tomorrows service - I am sure they will be delighted Smile

I had a very nice response thanking me for organising tins of meat and fish and suprise suprise asking for money. I can only organise a collection if I have some decent PR material from him....lets see what he comes up with Very Happy

I've already sent a few emails to this wonderful charity. They think my foundation has already sent them 12K but they can't get to it at WU. (awww). If anyone else wants to play that up, go ahead and improvise. I didn't even name the foundation, so go ahead and be creative. If anything goes wrong, I'll be able to deny it all! Have fun!

PS, my foundation closes its fiscal year on the 10th of Feb, so any donations after that are subject to a lot of paperwork.

edit: Don't ya just love this guy! I have wanted to drop him, but I may have to stay on board a little longer just cuz he's so "sincere".

Nevertheless, anyone who wants to can build on the idea of fiscal years closing on the 10th of February. Also, you may want to mention that you DON'T want to deal with a Howard Johnson!

^^^Actually, Michelle (my wife) has been rounding up individual donors because the American taxpayers aren't too keen on sending more money overseas. And oh yes, the charity representative has to be there in Darfur for the groundbreaking ceremony.

I can't wait to hear the excuses, but what the hay. If he doesn't go then he doesn't get the money, right?
