Need to know what number off, of each item, one by one.

Has he taken shipping, export duty, custom clearance in to account, have the forms been completed, for each item on the list.

I'm still trying to safari this little sod, I've offered him a van and hope to get him to Yank@r@ (The S1mba site) in the new year. Getting him off his lazy rear end is proving difficult so any help in getting him along would be gratefully received.

If you don't fancy that idea you'll need a priced up list so you can claim the tax back on your donation. (certain items on the list have differing tax rates so you have to file an itemised claim.

I think he should look around for the best prices on all items, and forward the lists for you to compare, as well as set up a fund raising event. He doesn't appear serious. If he can't do that, you could threaten to buy the items yourself.

Your company policy required him to get three written quotes with letterheads from three suppliers (and one of these supplier has to be from another country).

You could put the items out to tender, competition rules in the UK require these, and I bet they do in your Country as well. I know of many a baiter at this site who runs a company that supplies just what the good Reverend is after and they'd be only too pleased to supply the goods.
All that Smithy boi needs do is fill out a little bit of paperwork for each item.

He's getting a very good price on his sand and aggregate. I'm putting in foundations for a new stable block next month so can you ask him for the name of his supplier Smile
