Hi guys, I am looking at getting a scammer to send me some dollars to A) Authenticate that he actually has money, and B) To allow me to deal with him (my character is a minister in scilentology and cannot deal with heathens such as him!!!)

So my question is do you have an anonymous forwarding adress or a PO box that the money could be sent to? I would suggest using any money sent to be used for a good cause, website upkeep? Cancer Charity etc?

Also what is the best kind of photo to get in order to post in the hall of fame? I am going to try to get one so that i can "audit him"

That's called cash baiting and we don't discuss it here. Have a search for "cash baiting" and you'll see some of the previous discussions which should give you an insight into why it's not allowed.
