2 1/2 months, over 40 emails, I told her a week or so ago to fill out a k1 and my lawyer would take care of it all. Even gave her the web site to find it. All I got was long emails of love and this ?. "What is a k1?"
So today I sent her a dear Jane email.

"I was talking to my friend the lawyer. He said that if you would not
send the k1 then you must be playing a game with me. I had hope I had
found someone but it looks like that not the case. I guess I will keep
looking and maybe I will find who I am looking for."

I am a nice guy, I was trying to let her down easy. I was going to close this one out and move on to a new one. Then I got this back.

"So it is not pleasant to me to read your message.
Your words me to offend!!
My love if you to send me this copy,
That I will fill it and to send you it back.
I will fill thus all!!!"

Now that's off scrip.
So does anyone have a k1 form I can send her.

Hi Hollow. This first link is to the US Department of State page for obtaining a K1 visa. There are links to the various application forms. It is complicated process which is a good thing.

There are companies that put together application packages and information to make things a little easier, but there is cost for their services. So when your fiancee complains about the complexity and amount of work, you can send her to one of these companies. Here are links to two services provided by one company.

How can you fill out a K1 app?
The requirements for a k1 are that you can document you have met IN PERSON in the previous two years, with very few exceptions.

You may be able to get them to keep busy faking the evidence you two have met for a while.
Photos of you together, hotel, travel reciepts, etc.

I send mine the H2 Visa form (work permit for a year) which requires them to have a job set up BEFORE they come.

This provides endless amusement while they find and search job sites (monster.com won't let nigerian's ip's register). They can put up resumes & complain about the "scam" jobs that come in.

I just tell them while they're here we can get married & will have enough time to apply for a green card.

I sent her the link 3 days ago. Not a peep back. All the time before I got a reply within 24 hours. I am going to tell her she broke my heart and that I am going to look for love some place else.

You could make your own security form... one with loads of funny questions... more like to work on lads than vlads but if you plan to use the modality again it can be very fulfilling to see one of your forms come back.

Any of the work visas, L1,H1,H2, P1,O1,and TN require a sponsorship letter from and employer. The exceptions are B1, E1, S,V, Visa waiver. All of the exeptions require that the non-immigrant be employed by a company in thier home country, but arriving on business with a U.S. company (on behalf of their foreign company). The fiance visas are difficult and tedious to obtain. So a little bird told me.

Still no reply. I have got a goal now, I am going to get one to fill out a k1 for me. It may take me all year to get it, but that what I am going to shoot for.
