Hello all, how's it going??? I'm new to this site (I saw a link on another unrelated forum), and I tend to get scam emails here and there. Oddly enough, just before finding this site, I started wasting a scammers time just for giggles. I'll post what I've got so far, and I'm looking for a direction in which to take it.

Initial email from the scammer (I understand the term is "lad?")

What do you mean by that.You should never send me that kind of emails.All you have to do is fill out the Claims or processing form sent to you previously.Chose either of the option A or B and then you can make payment for the delivery and insurance of USD$300.

After that,the Courier company can ship it out for you with a Tracking Number.

Then I suggest you read the eater UNI-last forum on the first page- for stalling the lad a bit.
We have several ways to confuse your new friend a bit, you pay but MR Gomer gets the money as he emailed you just before you went out of the door to go to the Western Union.
You use the great service of M7CN 53cur3 and he has to work a bit. where 7=T 5=s and 3=e just so that Google will not find it that easily.

If you're not baiting safe the general advice will be to stop answering your new generous friend and get a nice new all fake baiting account and start again Wink

Just keep similar tactics going. Constantly attach the forms they request, but never actually attach them. Or, attach corrupted files. Just keep getting him to explain the procedures.

I could find it by looking, but for my peace of mind (since I used my personal email for this) where should I go for a different email addy? THANKS!!

What ever you can do to keep his time and efforts occupied is good baiting. Phil free to ask the lad what next when the "method" you have been using to send him money doesn't work out.

Maybe MoneyGram, or if you can get him to give you his bank account, you can get it closed and get a piggy in your signature line. (Once you get the bank account number, ask one of the older members and we can walk you through your first one.) Once successful with the bank account number, you will leave your lad with just Nutz... Wink
