I got this nice email in a so far "clean" baiting account, the first spam there, so it's coming from a lad, but I have some questions about it Question
the email came from according http://headertool.apelord.com/headers
88.237.100.236 Turkey (Ankara) although the sender was [email protected] ???
text was simple one liner " baest dataing site http://777sexy-lady-waiting-you.biz/?idAff=31 "
Nope my character was not on a dating site yet.
Is this a translation scam? The pictures are from toplob.com an all Russian dating website. Would this be any fun to bait, or just straight WU work again?

It's spam, not scam, just a lead into the dating site.

And possibly an intro to a virus or bot

delete and ignore

Well, gmail only strips an IP when email is sent via GMail. If a user is using a secondary email program (Outlook, for instance) for gmail, then it won't strip anything.

Make sense?

I'm with Irish - delete and ignore it.
