Just, a quick thought. Its the New Year. A perfect opportunity to confuse your lads with new Western Union procedures etc. I've just redrafted my letter for Se5ure Western Onion saying it was "additional security which took effect on 1 January 2009 following successfully piloting in 2008".

Anybody else think of any new procedures which can become de facto standards in the New Year?

All lads MUST fill out some kind of forms, be it anti-terrorism or anti-fraud, im tired of arguing with them about it, all baiters please enforce this new procedure strictly.

Yeah I like that one. Also the MTCN is sent direct from Western Union via the "dissappearing email" (see the Help and Support Forum). Won't it be a real pity that the email dissappers after 15 seconds and the MTCN has some complicated decoding algoritm and even if they are quick it'll only have 9 digits.

I'm working on New OFFICIAL 2009 WU forms as we speak. I am using Nurse Nastys' set as a guide.....I hope that's not a problem.

They are being created in vector format using Illustrator for quality then will be converted to PDF. Should I also make a JPG version??
