Once in four years there's this opportunity for anyone with a baiter persona in the US with Federal connections...

As I just told one Ladette who wants me to contact the lawyer Lad:

I like to get them to send me a form then tell them it was not attached to their mail so they have to send it again. I then say I filled it in and fowarded it to their fake bank address and then tell the original sender I sent it but include a slightly different bank e-mail address to the one they originally sent me.
