I would say yep if done by gf or wife.
But only if he was perhaps cross-dressing for them Christmas fancy dress thingies and going as a female.
My uncle did that once and was chased up the street after the New Years Eve post 12 midnight conga-line went past a British Legion.
We found him trembling behind the hotel wheelybins at 2am.
