@Roger, perhaps if he is unhappy he could call the Integrated Customer Service Call Centre at (206) 905-9742. Thousands of satisfied customers (okay, probably only hundreds, but at least one a day since June) can't be wrong....

All I can say is how disappointed I am that our hard working customer service reps didn't manage to solve his problems. Perhaps some sort of monetary compensation could be arranged for our friend (through the medium of M7CN S3cure of course!) as a gesture of goodwill from ourselves to our customers?

I've just had a quick look at the stats and indeed it does look like you have the record for the most dedicated lad. Well done!

Slightly off topic: I added up the total number of clicks on the system and it came to over 120,000. Assuming each box took on average 5 seconds to find and press that comes to over 166 lad hours which have been wasted so far!

It's quite funny how some of them think the key to success is to work harder than the other lads. Mine proudly boasts about being very determined on his chatsite ID. (He's that alright!)

I think that my mistake of not checking the "frustrate the lad" option first time around actually worked in my favour. I'm sure he sat there telling himself "c'mon, you know you can do this, you've done it once already!" Laughing
