Have you forwarded that to ebay?

ebay doesn't allow WU or moneygram to be used as payment options--even though you have an obvious scam there, you don't have to prove it is a scam, if they can trace it to the member, the member account can be killed due to the WU demand.

Obviously they will just open new accounts, but you could save a current potential vic.
