Only if it is, well done for keeping him going.
Normally these are the kind of e-mail addresses we like to get closed down. It causes the lad grief as he will have seeded the web with it in order to pull in the punters.
Don't worry about the bait, if he really loves you he'll have your address on file and will contact you from the new one. You can then query him about why he changed, then report his new one, rinse and repeat.

If he also has a web-site you can get a double whammy by getting that shut down as well.
