hi,
I decided to have a go and signed up for a gmail account.
I used a fake name for my first email, and accidentally on my second email signed off as regards, real name (only first).
Should I really worry? To be honest I'm not going to give this sport another go - prefer just to read about other attempts.

I felt like a dick posting I was just paranoid - I covered my tracks well fake name on the gmail account and all.

Wimpy, don't change your name here (unless that is your name in RL ). I like the name you chose. See the think is that YOU can't be ParaNoid, because I already am.
Lads don't look that hard at how you sign your name. They just want money from victims. We are the ones who look at such things. I don't point it out when a lad makes such a mistake, because I don't want them to become educated. I just make a note of it in my mind, and smile because I hope it would be seen by a victim.
Mentors can be helpful, but they don't typically stop you from sending emails with your RL name on it. Not that anyone here has ever done that before.

I have had a couple of lads sign off with different names to those they meant to use and when I mention it to them as they make crazy excuses about a friend writing it on their behalf blah blah blah
