Just took my first call from Sgt Scott McLean serving in Iraq, call me a coward but I was so nervous I nearly didn’t answer, it was all I could do to say “yes Sergeant no Sergeant” when he gave me instructions on how to pay the diplomat for clearance.
Hope it gets easier with practice, I can’t lie to save my life, good thing he couldn’t see my blushing face.
All the same I’m rather pleased with myself.

Oh it does. I like to practice on my ISP, I take out the same frustration on them as I do lads. |

at the end of the call after you have run up their phone bill insist they send all the info via email, so you dont make a mistake
I have a lad pestering me on the phone right now, trouble is i just cannot understand what his instructions are |
