One of my favourite TV shows of all time is on HBO in the states - Entourage. I'm addicted to it in the worse possible way. I'm sorry to say I can never wait for the 6 - 10 months before it arrives in Australia. I need to watch it. It is possibly one of the funniest, cleverly written show I've seen.

FireFly - Cancelled - Original and funny. Cowboys in space. Darn Fox network screwed the series. It was a breath of fresh air.

I'm embarrassed to say that I watch Lost. I don't watch it on TV though, too many commercial breaks. I watch on Netflix or on their website.

I also like The Daily Show. and Project Runway, because I enjoy sewing.

I also like Little Britain and some other British shows that I get from Netflix, like BallyKissangel and Shameless. I think those two are off the air now though.

Jeopardy!

As far as "entertainment" shows, I watch Pushing Daisies because my housemate loves it, but I have trouble understanding the dialog. The actors speak incredibly fast, and they mumble. I don't know why they think that's good acting, but I do get most of the plot.

Sorry, Irish, but I like a reality show - Extreme Makeover Home Edition.

Other than those, we tend to watch HGTV. Love watching people redecorate - especially since I can't do it myself. Wink

Stargate SG-1 (never did get into the Atlantis spinoff), Firefly (crying shame it got canned), and Battlestar Galactica (the new one) - all great!

I will admit to a fondness for NCIS - based on the characters.

I am a Mythbusters fan but never got into Top Gear much - some good moments though.

The one reaily show for me is The Amazing Race. I'm not sure why.

NCIS- I like the characters and writing.

Supernatural- I like the tongue in cheek approach to scary.

Life- Damian Lewis from Band of Brothers brought me to it; interesting episodes with multiple plot lines.

Numbers- Just fun.

Battlestar Galatica, Burn Notice, The Closer - all well written.

Deadliest Catch, Ghost Hunters, Mythbusters: Just because.

Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Futurama, Robot Chicken, Scrubs, The Venture Brothers, American Dad, and The Simpsons. For some reason, I like animation a lot more than live action.

The Boondocks, The Chappelle Show, South Park (My favorite), and Family Guy I like because they explore "controversial" themes without any qualms whatsoever as to what they say.

Ninja Warrior and Ultimate Banzuke are two Japanese reality game shows where essentially, a bunch of people compete on an insanely hard obstacle course. The best part is, its REAL reality.

Inuyasha, Full Metal Alchemist, Bleach, Death Note, and a handful of other anime I'll watch because I like them.

NCIS, after a while the plot is a little repetitive and easy to guess (apart from the season finales) but the characters make up for it. Smile

Family Guy - Has actually been a little high brow recently, as high brow as Family Guy can get.

The Mighty Boosh - pure hilarious randomness

7:30 report - Just for Clarke and Dawe

Plus the usual South Park, Top Gear, Mythbusters.

Yastreb, same. For some reason I just have to watch The Amazing Race . Laughing

I hate the new Aussie Drama Packed to the Rafters, I could not stand 10 minutes of one episode. Everyone seems to think it's great, I hate it. Plus they advertise it so much.

Rush is terrible too.

I like a couple of comedys, things like extras and scrubs.
I like the exploring or outdoor programmes that the likes of Bruce Parry (Tribe, Amazon) and Ray Mears (Bushcraft, wild food) make, and Ice Road Truckers can be quite interesting.
Later with Jools Holland used to be my favorite, right up until Auntie moved it to a school night, now I can never remember when it's on, and if I do it's on too late anyway. Sad

Supernatural - just keeps getting better. Season 4 is fab.
Knight Rider 2008 - Cheesy as hell but still enjoyable in a so-bad-its-good- way.
Top Gear. Best motoring show ever.

Now the bikes and cars have finished racing round (well done Lewis Hamilton, World #1!), Ive got a new series of Top Gear to savour.

Last night they took up trucking, Clarkson managed to hurt himself crashing a truck into a brick wall, can't think why.

They had some preview clips of the series, one was what looked like a big Jaguar saloon doing a jump. Towing a caravan.

Fonejacker rocks too. Smile

soprano's was my all time fave tv show.i only missed one show out
of all the series.very graphic but rich in humour.

top gear,honest advice and reporting on all types of vehicles.not seen episode 1 of new series just yet.jezza a very funny man.

thats about all i watched apart from the odd MOTD.i was severely overloaded(wife's fault) with how many CSI's,law and order,criminal intent etc etc etc,bloody dross.how many times can you kill a person.come on!!!!!

NCIS - interesting and funny. Tony is my favorite!
House - love his dry sense of humor and very interesting.
Survivor - never ceases to amaze me that people do this.

-How I Met Your Mother
-Smallville (but the endings are getting too anti-climatic Confused

-Survivor Man (hope to pick up some tips for the lads on safari Wink

-various History Channel shows (the historical ones they show)

I don't watch a whole lot of television, but I do set my tivo to record the following shows:

Simpsons - Still very funny
Heroes - Got hooked on this one early
Dexter - I love Dexter.

My favorite show though is "The Big Bang Theory." I love this show. The character of Sheldon is one of the most original characters on television. Extremely funny, very well written, and very original.

IDEAL- Johnny Vegas cracks me up, I’ve got a cousin just like him.

Shameless- I grew up on an estate not far from where this was filmed, it’s fairly accurate in funny and disturbing sort of way.

I still watch Twin peaks two or three times a year on DVD

And finally I’m addicted to all the repeats of Time Team on any one of about twenty documentary channels.
