Must be the weekend in West Africa.
I have sent out 1500 mails in the last 24 hours and not received a single reply. |

I think you need to slow down slightly. Pace your replies a little slower and you'll be more in control of the bait. |

that was after a break of a week.
i do that regularly because i work long lots of straight night shifts and dont bait during them. |

Still 1500 at once (or same day) may never have actually gone out at all and stopped by your ISP (or gmail...) i know gmail has a 250-500limit a day i think.
Which isnt toooo hard to hit if you use gmail as a quasi-text messaging service when both people us it |

1500 in 24 Hrs that's a lot, what if 10 % answers, begins to look like hard work to me 
I might send 2 emails a week per lad so a grand total of 15-16 a week, they have to understand that I'm not behind this computer 24/7 and they can get their answer, but when I'm ready, so some wait a week for an answer. I have 3 now that have waited 2 weeks and are sending nervous emails now, but my character is not home (for them) family crises forced me to leave home and travel, I guess I could come back next week or so, they'll be there waiting 
So many baiters, so many tactics, I still have to learn lots.
