At the moment I have got 7 different conversations within the one email and I cannot seem to break them up and put them in to their own labels without moving all the conversations, does anyone know how to do this? |

If I understand correctly you have 7 different people all in one "thread". First off, the next time I email that person I would change the subject. That way, you can break them apart.
You can set up a filter/label by email address. Then, you can have gmail apply a label to it. Just go to "Create Filter". Put the proper "from" address in the box. Then, click next. You then have the option to apply a label to this filter. Just select what you want and voila. |

This is why every time I reply to a lad I do it with a fresh e-mail rather than a reply. I also hope it then causes them to have to work to keep track of me and what we are talking about, thus wasting more of their time. |

If you fetch your Gmails with a mail client like mozilla thunderbird, you'll be able to arrange them however you like. |
