I found this site on the web and have been admiring the artistry in the making of these crop circles. I realize that some men a few years back confessed to making them, however, there is some real artistic talent in some of these circles. So do you think they are man made or alien made?

I remember there being proof that it had to aliens a while back. Then the guys showed how they did it with bits of wood and rope. It was exactly the same.

I think they are all man made, but the effort that goes into the elaborate designs must be huge. Some are very beautiful - for flattened agriculture that is.

I doubt any are alien made. However, there are some historic records of simple swirls appearing in crops, which predate the modern crop circle frenzy. Thus, I believe that some poorly understood weather(?) phenomena may be responsible for some basic crop circles, but that all the complex, geometric designs that have appeared in the last 20-30 years are the result of many hoaxers.

Oh, I don't know. Perhaps on an alien version of 419eater lightyears away, alien scambaiters publish photos of crop circles they have tricked alien lads into making on various primitive planets.

I don't like that idea. They wouldn't be his crops, so you'd be hurting an ITP. And you'd be damaging crops in a continent where's there're already food shortages.

As a fierce advocate of using ones' brain, I had already thought of that, and had made the basic requirement a random field of grass. Plus the crop circle would have only been about 12 metres across. Seeing as the lad doesn't have access to a helicopter and couldn't provide aerial photography as evidence. I didn't think I'd need to explain it in detail. However, I stand corrected.

^^^ So to be ITP safe and easily photographed. All crop circles should be made with alpha sprouts in a margarine container.

How much of the circle would actually get done, do you think? Lads are lethargic enough already. First puff, and it'd be "Ah, f*** it. We'll do it tomorrow."

I really like the idea of lads smoking the crop to make the circles.

I thought you might be joking, but the idea does seem to have possibilities. Although I hadn't thought of doing it on anything but crops, which answers my objection.
Ask the lad to take photos of the work in progress. Keep him on the straight and narrow by telling you're checking his progress on Google Earth. Tell him you can see it on Google Earth, and criticize his monitor if he says he can't see it. And you never know, he might get arrested.

I'm disappointed. Here it is October 14th and no alien spacehips have showed up. I'm talking about the big prediction that aliens were suppose to show up and stay for a few days. Just google "ufos october 14th". I was hoping they would show up and make some crop circles.

Yip, I believe that aliens are making the circles. I honestly think that teenage aliens are borrowing their parents spaceship and buzzing planet earth leaving their form of graffitti. Laughing

What's really weird is that my co-worker who told me about the aliens coming today called in sick. Un huh! Rolling Eyes
