I... I... the mind boggles at the conversation I've had with this guy. I'd be tempted to think this wasn't for real... but... it seems it is...

After receiving pictures of "Bethany", "Randall" and "Winston" Rolling Eyes

They asked me what the money was being sent for and when i told them it was going to adoption fees for two children, they said I MUST bring in a copy of form CFSICPC100A for each child. They were very helpful and told me where I could find this form. CFSICPC100A is a real form. It is one page. It is easy enough that a monkey could do it. I would try giving it to a dog to try, but I'm afraid they'd drool on the paper. Seriously, this form is not even 1/10th as hard as some of the forms I've seen here.

I don't hear back from him at all, so I email him about 12 hours later.

Does this guy really and honestly think that forms are unusual? Maybe he thinks I should've bribed the WU people?

I'd love to know what'd happen if 100 people responded to this guy and they all demanded the EXACT SAME form...

I really don't have any further details than what's here and in the in the surplus letters section. This guy's definitely dense and not one to mince words.

The form I sent him was http://www.dphhs.mt.gov/formsapplications/cfsicpc100a.pdf but feel free to pick something actually evil...

From all that we've seen of this jerkwad, he's totally lazy. If you don't send money, or if you ask a lot of questions, he's fast to drop you, and he comes unglued at the thought of actually doing anything.

^^^ Nothing clever or special, just the typical "WHY DUCHEAD - GO WAY JOKE" stuff he gives. What was surprising is how FAST he responded. Only about 2 minutes.

Besides, I really liked your "Duckhead" - Been calling all my office mates that this week! Laughing
