Of course he's still scamming!! Do you honestly believe he has a sick mother and he needs money for medicine?

Also you could get more info from him. You wanted him to work for you in the internet fraud team. Maybe you could see if he can actually do the job? Not only will this make him do work ( which we like) it also gives us more info on what his daily live is like for a person like him.
