Very interesting. I have an online business that occasionally requires me to MG or WU money to people who cannot have access to Paypal (some countries don't take it).
Friday when I went to MG (different than I usually use) to send money to someone in Egypt, the MG operator really double questioned me to make sure I wasn't sending money to a scammer.
I wish all MG/WU offices would do this, it might be the one last thing that would stop someone from sending money to the lads. |

Yes we think they should, but they're in it for the money, so that's a conflict of interest that we can't solve. About $200 Million just from the States, that's a nice piggy for winter time for them  Economics usually win from justice or what would be right. |

TW: It would be nice if they did. OF course most of the transactions are legit so maybe they don't feel like making all of their legit customers feel worried? |

Hi bill2, yes, I did sneak in kind of quietly. I have been too busy making up names and email addys to post much  Now I am in the waiting phase (grr LOL patience has never been my strong point).
Yes, I guess you are both right. And in the area where I live (Southwestern US), most of the money is probably sent to Mexico. I am sure that people coming in and sending money to the Egypt, Pakistan, even Kenya is an odd thing...
But I still thought it was really cool, and have decided to give this MG office all of my business from this point on. |
