I watched it live on the National Geographic Channel. Perfect conditions, it took him less time to cross than it takes to get a coffee on a cross channel ferry.
He circled around a bit when he got to Dover, he had been helped by a tailwind and had to run out of fuel before he could land.
I think there may be a video getting put up on their website http://jetmanlive.com/ - there's already good videos on there of his test flights.
I'm off now to itvf1.com to watch F1 cars barrel around Singapore at night on a floodlit track, complete with live incar cameras - technology is amazing sometimes. Note to self, must do some work! |
