OK I'm a slow doofus but have a missed a list of all the common acceptable acronyms that seem to be understood by all the regular baiters? I found the sticky for sig symbology, have I just missed the thread explaining all the initials?

ASEM has me stumped.

I'll list more as I come across them.

One that I have looked for and can not find. What is it to 'burn a lad'?

Burning a lad means letting him know that he has been baited. It can be very tempting sometimes to want to humiliate a lad that way, but as a general rule we strongly discourage it. That only helps them learn to be more cautious. It's best to let them believe that their "job" spoiled for some unknown reason.
