Sounds like the right direction to me, "Erin"!

I like working "backwards" on baits. What do you want from him? A bank account to send to Alan? A photo for your trophy collection? Then read up or ask your mentor about some good steps to get there.

I just got linked up with my mentor and sent him 2 conversations that are already well off-script. As far as what I am looking for, anything sounds like a victory, since I am new to the game.

Oh I'm so excited! Only 3 emails from me and my lad wants me to come to Africa! I've never been before! Wanted to throw this out to the forum, for after reading so many stories, I know there are many different directions to take this.

Just off hand a passport would at least be necessary for the Widow Ta1or to get to Compton in the first place...

As an aside, I too am selling a property. I only marked it up 10x. Though they'll have to have a toilet replaced that was inexplicably destroyed. Oh, and there's a lot of guano in the walls. (Seems the family never knew; they developed anosmia because of the violent nature of the son's IBS.) Gratefully, these haven't been deal-breakers.

I've had Barristers send me their "Legal Good Status" form so that I can verify their legitimacy. I've received these from the "FBI" as well, unprompted, in the same bait. Laughing

Didn't know where else to put this...I've been baiting a "ladette" into buying a house (you might recognize it if you've seen Beetlejuice) in lovely Compton, California. I really can't believe after 10 emails I get this when I explain that there are some forms for the deed transfer...

I checked the surplus forms in a siggy (can't remember now, late and buzzed) but couldn't find any real estate forms. Does anyone have ready access to a real estate sales form I might be able to send (I'm thinking 7-10 pages should do it)?

HELP!!! Had this guy on for awhile, but I am pretty sure this guy is saavy. He has started to twig, and I had him on the verge of safari. I need all input. His last email-
